Commissions are for personal use only. You may use my artwork for profile pictures, banners, or anything adjacent. You may not, however, use any and all commissions for profit or business.DO NOT put my artwork in any form of AI engineI own all the rights to the commission. I may post it on social media as I see fit unless specifically requested not to do so.You may post and share the commissioned artwork as long as you credit me @johnstudios06I have the right to decline a commission if I feel I cannot adequately meet your expectations, or if your request falls outside my artistic boundaries. I also reserve the right to decline your request if I find you to be rude or unsavory.Art ProcessThe timeframe for completed work varies by request type, complexities, add ons, and other factors. As such, commission times may fluctuate from the initial estimate, and your request may be completed earlier or later than anticipated. In general, my worktime for a commission ranges between 2 weeks and 2 months.I will give routine updates; one for the sketch, one for the flat colors, and a final one for the completed render. For updates, I will send lower resolution screenshots.During these stages, I will only move forward once I have your direct approval. If you feel unsatisfied or have a suggestion, don’t be afraid to voice it! I will do my best to make adjustments per your judgement. I welcome feedback at all stages of the process.I will stay on top of communication, however if you don't hear from me in a while feel free to reach out for an update. As I may be balancing other responsibilities alongside your commission, there may be times when little to no progress is made between updates.Please do not overly request updates. As a general rule of thumb, once every 3-4 days is enough.PaymentPayment is done through Paypal or Wise. If/when your commission is accepted, you will receive a dm from me requesting you make a 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) deposit through either service. Alternatively, you may pay the balance in full upfront. Please be clear whether you decide to use Paypal or Wise for the transaction.Once I have completed the render, I will contact you to pay the remaining balance. After which, I will send you the complete drawing.If you decide for whatever reason you do not wish to proceed with the commission before the sketch is complete, you may receive a 25% refund. Past this point, no refunds may be issued unless done so by myself.If for any reason your commission is delayed over 2 weeks past the estimated deadline, we may discuss discounts/refunds. Please be patient with me, I will communicate with you should a situation arise.Please be aware that Paypal and/or Wise may charge service fees in addition to my own.Any and all questions are welcome, please reach out to me should any of the established conditions confuse you.
